ABSTRACT:
Materials and methods: We used bibliosemantic, analytical-and-synthetic, content analysis, physiological, statistical study methods. An exposure of the premorbid states of the respiration function against the background of the atmospheric pollution was a component of the sanitary predonosological diagnosis. The different types of the abnormalities in pulmonary function among the inhabitants of the industrial city were differentiated with the help of the electronic spiroanalyzers by the "flow-volume" curve.

Results: A half of the residents of the industrial city has been determined to have a deviation of the ventilation function due to the development of the pathology of bronchopulmonary appart of the upper respiratory tract (obstruction, restriction, obstruction against a background of the restriction).

Conclusions: A character of prenosological states is determined by gender, age at the dominant role of the duration of residence in the area with the air polluted with the industrial emissions.

KEYWORDS:
atmospheric pollution, prenosological diagnosis, respiration function.
