SUMMRY:
Goal. To examine the level and structure of common diseases, first detected in workers of mining and metallurgical industry.
The materials and methods. Primary diagnosis of common diseases were studied in the analysis of the final acts of periodic medical examinations.
Results. The complex of unfavorable factors of production workers in mining and metallurgical complex leads to great stress on the cardiovascular, neuro-muscular systems and nervous systems. Systematic voltage of the main systems of the body leads to the depletion of compensatory-adaptive mechanisms, which is the basis of the growth level of the first detected General pathology and increase production due to morbidity.
The study of primary disease on the results of periodic medical examinations showed that prolonged exposure of the main complex of unfavorable factors of the production environment of different intensity increases 2.52.9 times the primary morbidity compared with the control group.
First place in the structure of the first identified common diseases are the diseases of the circulatory system. At the workers in the underground mining of iron ores is a significant and chronic diseases of the lower respiratory tract that has a direct dependence on the working conditions of these workers. Among workers in an open mining of iron ore is dominated by somatotropin autonomic dysfunction and vegetation polyneuropathy of the upper extremities that is explained by the peculiar conditions of these workers. Primary morbidity of workers of metallurgical production were significantly lower than in workers who are employed underground and open mining of iron ore.
