ВІБРАЦІЯ У НАВКОЛИШНЬОМУ СЕРЕДОВИЩІ ТА ГРОМАДСЬКЕ ЗДОРОВ’Я: SCOPING-ОГЛЯД ВПЛИВУ НА ЗДОРОВ’Я, ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЕКСПОЗИЦІЇ ТА ПРОФІЛАКТИЧНИХ СТРАТЕГІЙ

МЕТА. Систематично картувати та узагальнити сучасні наукові дані щодо впливу вібрації навколишнього середовища на населення, методів оцінювання експозиції, залежностей «експозиція–ефект», нормативних підходів і профілактичних стратегій, а також визначити основні прогалини доказової бази з позицій громадського здоров’я.
МАТЕРІАЛИ ТА МЕТОДИ. Проведено scoping-огляд відповідно до методології JBI із дотриманням рекомендацій PRISMA-ScR та PRISMA-S щодо звітності. Пошук здійснювали в базах PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus і Web of Science Core Collection від початку їх індексації до 24 серпня 2026 року з додатковим пошуком за списками цитувань. Критерії включення сформовано відповідно до моделі PCC (Population–Concept–Context). До емпіричного синтезу включено 24 публікації, згруповані у 13 дослідницьких кластерів; нормативні та методологічні джерела аналізували окремо.
РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ. Найбільш сформована доказова база стосувалася залізничної вібрації. Найпослідовніші залежності «експозиція–ефект» встановлено для роздратування населення. Результати польових і лабораторних досліджень також підтверджують зв’язок нічної вібраційної експозиції з порушенням сну, кортикальними активаціями, пробудженнями та гострими змінами частоти серцевих скорочень; в окремих експериментах ефекти вібрації спостерігалися незалежно від шумового впливу. Докази щодо психологічних і когнітивних симптомів залишаються новими та обмеженими, а достатніх проспективних даних щодо клінічно маніфестних хронічних захворювань не виявлено. Методи оцінювання експозиції характеризувалися значною неоднорідністю та включали RMS, VDV, vw,95, VdB, PPV, максимальні частотно-кориговані показники та модельовану експозицію. Нормативні системи переважно орієнтовані на комфорт, роздратування або конструктивну безпеку, а не на кількісне оцінювання довгострокового ризику для здоров’я.
ВИСНОВКИ. Вібрацію навколишнього середовища доцільно розглядати як фізичний стресор, значущий для громадського здоров’я, з найбільш переконливими доказами щодо роздратування та порушення сну. Пріоритетними напрямами є стандартизація оцінювання експозиції, одночасне оцінювання шуму і вібрації, дослідження нічної експозиції, уразливих груп населення та довгострокових клінічних наслідків, а також профілактика впливу на етапах просторового і транспортного планування.
