Поширеність вживання тютюнових та нікотинових виробів населенням України та світу (огляд літератури)

Мета: Проаналізувати дані наукових джерел щодо поширеності вживання тютюнових та нікотинових виробів населенням України та світу. Матеріали та методи. Аналітичний огляд наукових публікацій виконано з використанням бібліографічних баз даних Національної наукової медичної бібліотеки України, Медичної інформаційної мережі ВООЗ, Національної медичної бібліотеки (США) та Національного інституту здоров’я (США), Directory of open access journals, видавництва BioMed Central, FREE MEDICAL JOURNALS, ScienceDirec), The BMJ тощо. Використано наукометричний, логічний та метод системного аналізу. Огляд. На даний час в світі налічується понад 1,25 млрд. дорослих споживачів тютюну. Відомо, що 84,0 % сучасних курців мешкають у країнах, що розвиваються, а саме у країнах Східної Європи, Азії, Латинської Америки, Північної Африки й у деяких острівних країнах Океанії. В багатьох країнах світу таких, як США, Канада, Бразилія Австралія, Велика Британія, Норвегія, Італія та інших, рівень паління серед чоловіків є найнижчим завдяки жорстким регулятивним заходам. Україна займає перше місце в Європі за кількістю чоловіків-курців. Кожен другий дорослий українець палить. У цілому в країні 15,5 млн. курців. Паління серед підлітків залишається серйозною проблемою в багатьох регіонах світу, особливо в країнах, де слабка антитютюнова політика. За даними останніх опитувань, ініційованих ВООЗ, серед українських підлітків відзначено зниження поширеності вживання традиційних засобів паління, натомість проблема використання альтернативних продуктів для паління, таких, як електронні сигарети, кальян і пристрої для нагрівання тютюну, стає новим викликом для громадського здоров’я в Україні. Висновки. Аналіз наукової літератури свідчить, що тютюнопаління є серйозною проблемою охорони здоров’я в усьому світі. На фоні зниження рівнів поширеності паління традиційних видів тютюну серед дитячого населення України спостерігається зростання рівнів поширеності альтернативних видів нікотинових виробів, що відповідає загальносвітовим тенденціям. Визначено, що воєнна агресія проти України могла сприяти збільшенню поширеності паління серед населення.Завантажити
