Licensing

  1. All articles and related materials published in the journal «Environment & Health» are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license. This means that they may be freely used, copied, and distributed provided that the authors and source are credited.
  2. The use of this license does not restrict the rights of authors or other creative contributors to protect the integrity of their work and retain ownership of it.
  3. The copyright for the journal’s design, layout, and cover belongs to the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine» (as the journal’s publisher).
  4. The opinions expressed in the articles belong to the authors and do not necessarily reflect the position of the Institute.
  5. Authors grant the journal’s editorial board a license to publish the material and confirm themselves as the original publishers of the article.

Copyright

  1. Copyright for the text of the article remains with the authors.
  2. Publication of the article requires the consent of all authors and the relevant authorities of the institutions where the research was carried out.
  3. Authors may designate one of the co-authors as the corresponding author, who represents all authors in correspondence with the journal’s editorial board.
  4. Authors may grant third parties the right to freely use the article provided that the authors are credited and citations are properly formatted.
  5. Other researchers may cite articles from the journal in their scientific works provided that the source is accurately referenced.
  6. The journal «Environment & Health» allows authors to retain the copyright to their published scientific articles. Authors have the right to make the full text of their publications available in open access, including in institutional repositories, on personal websites, or in other non-commercial electronic resources, provided that the source of the original publication in the journal «Environment & Health» is clearly cited.
