OBJECTIVE. The objective of work was to analyze the antibiotic sensitivity of pathogens of infections associated with the provision of medical care, which were isolated in Ukraine in 2023-2024.
MATERIALS AND METHODS. Identification of microorganisms and sensitiveness to antimicrobial preparations was conducted by means of microbiological analyzers of VITEK 2 Compact and MALDI Biotyper Sirius
RESULTS. Certain sensitiveness to the antibiotics of causative agents of the of infections associated with the provision of medical care, that is distinguished in Ukraine in 2023 and in 2024. Among investigational cultures, as well as in 2023 gramnegative microorganisms prevailed also – 87,7% , grampositive – 12,3%. Mostly distinguished strains of bacteria of K. pneumoniae, A.baumannii and P.aeruginos. Distinguished strains of K.рneumoniae, P.aeruginosa, A.baumannii appeared insensitive to the most studied antimicrobial preparations. The analysis of results of determination of sensitiveness of the distinguished strains to antimicrobial preparations showed their variability and necessity of determination of antibiotics sensitiveness for each distinguished etiologic.
CONCLUSIONS
1. Certain sensitiveness to the antibiotics of causative agents of the infections of infections associated with the provision of medical care, that is distinguished in Ukraine in 2023 and in 2024.
2. Gramnegative microorganisms prevailed among investigational cultures – 87,7%, grampositive is a 12,3%. All of strains of bacteria of K. рneumoniae, A.baumannii and P.aeruginosa were abstracted from all types of biological material.
3. Distinguished strains of K.рneumoniae, P.aeruginosa, A.baumannii appeared insensitive to the most studied antimicrobial preparations.
4. The results of determination of sensitiveness of the distinguished strains to antimicrobial preparations showed, that for treatment of diseases caused by conditionally – pathogenic causative agents, it was expedient to apply: for K. рneumoniae - kolistin; for E.coli – taigeciklin, kolistin; for P. aeruginosa – kolistin, for A.baumannii - kolistin; for S.aureus - taigeciklin, linezolid, vankomicin, teikoplanin, fuzidovacid; for E.faecium – tigeciklin, linezolid; for E.faecalis – аmpicilin, tigeciklin, linezolid, vankomicin, teikoplanin.
The got results of sensitiveness of the distinguished strains to antimicrobial preparations showed their variability and necessity of determination of antibiotic sensitivity for every distinguished etiologic causative agent.
